Maine Roots; Global Impact
In 1983, three consultants in the small city of Portland, Maine were frustrated by reductive assessments that oversimplified the individual. They decided to create a new kind of assessment: one that honors the rich complexity of the individual, and supports all the diverse paths to successful leadership. Mahoney Rand Associates – now known as Management Research Group (MRG) – was born.
