Who We Are

Here at Prevue, we are a team dedicated to ensuring employers and employees are compatible for the long haul, all while reducing employee turnover and creating stronger business structures that save both time and money. Since being established in 1994 by our founder Ken Muir, Prevue’s job-fit assessments and succession planning tools have continuously expanded throughout job markets across the world in over 2 decades; from pen and paper to the digital age, our assessments had been taken 5 million times by 2012 – and that number keeps on growing by the day.

What We Do

Our primary assessments come in three different sections – Aptitude, Motivations, and Personality – each one designed to provide accurate and insightful results into different aspects of a potential employee’s workplace aptitude and professional traits.

Aptitude: Whatever you’re looking for a in a role, our Aptitude assessment will uncover any hidden superpowers a candidate may have and find out where their strengths truly lie regarding workplace skills. Providing numerical, language, and spatial assessments, this assessment can be used to determine a candidate’s learning speed, as well as which technical skills they may excel in.

Motivations: A job should be more than ‘just a paycheck’, and Prevue’s Motivations and Interests assessment ensures you’re hiring the people who are passionate about their chosen career paths. Does this candidate prefer to work alone or as part of a team? Are they better with computer software or are they more apt using their hands to create? This assessment, in simple terms, determines what gets somebody out of bed in the morning, what keeps them enthusiastic, and whether or not they can be expected to stick around for the long term.

Personality: The purpose is in the name. Designed to delve into a candidate’s personality, the Personality assessment helps you discover, without bias, how they might react to different situations and why. What will make them nervous and what will get them revved up? Will they follow set rules or are they an innovator? This is just a “prevue” (pun intended) into what this assessment can discover about a potential employee in regards to their personality traits.

Each of these assessments can be obtained individually or together as a whole suite, depending on your needs, to ensure you have all the vital information you require before making that important decision of who to hire.
