
Adam is a business and employment law attorney and a founding partner of the firm Taylor, McCormack & Frame. Serving as counsel to dozens of companies located across New England, Adam advises and represents businesses in all areas of labor and employment law, including wage and hour matters, employee contracts, personnel policy formation and administration, regulatory compliance, collective bargaining, and litigation. In addition to successfully representing employers in various legal and administrative forums, including State and Federal Courts, the Maine Human Rights Commission, and the EEOC, Adam works closely with clients on litigation avoidance and legal compliance through proactive policy administration and risk management. He lectures frequently on various legal matters impacting today’s workforce environment and teaches the annual Personnel Law Class at the University of Southern Maine.
Adam received his B.A. from Bowdoin College and his J.D from the University of Richmond School of Law in Virginia. He has also pursued courses of study at Cornell University and at the University of Queensland (Australia).
