Beth Sweitzer is a seasoned HR professional with nearly two decades of experience in various HR functions. Originally from Pennsylvania, she relocated to Maine over 15 years ago and has been making a significant impact in the HR field. In her role as a Senior Manager at Woodard & Curran, she is responsible for overseeing the critical functions of talent management and recruitment, as well as partnering with other key functions such as benefits and wellbeing, learning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion to support the company’s organizational strategy. Beth’s expertise in talent management, engagement, and recruitment has been honed through her extensive experience in a variety of industries, both for-profit and non-profit, and across varying company sizes. She holds her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and has also taught HR courses as an adjunct faculty member at a local university. With a passion for developing talent and promoting diversity and inclusion, Beth is committed to creating and sustaining positive and impactful work cultures.
