
Cara Biddings is a partner at Robinson, Kriger & McCallum in Portland specializing in insurance defense under the Longshore Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Maine Workers’ Compensation Act as well as appellate practice. Cara attended Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts and graduated cum laude in 2001 with degrees in Business Management and Sociology. She then enrolled in the University of Maine’s School of Law, graduating in December of 2004. Cara was admitted to the Maine bar in 2005 and joined Robinson, Kriger & McCallum at that time.
Cara has served a contributing author for COMP Magazine as well as an editor for the popular Adjuster’s Guide published by Robinson, Kriger & McCallum. She has acted as a presenter and speaker at numerous seminars on issues related to workers’ compensation and appellate practice. Cara is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and serves as chairwoman on the City of South Portland’s Zoning Board of Appeals. She lives in South Portland with her husband and two children.
