Carolyn Hart has been recruiting outstanding talent for Maine companies since 2005. In her current role as a member of the IDEXX Laboratories Talent Acquisition team, she currently recruits for 20+ reference labs across the eastern US as well as Veterinary Professionals nationwide. Prior to her time at IDEXX, Carolyn was the Patient Care Services Recruiter for Mercy Hospital in Portland, ME, and was the Senior Staffing Manager for Springborn Staffing in Portland, Maine. She is a current member and past Co-Chair of the Diversity Hiring Coalition of Maine and has been involved with the group since 2011. Carolyn’s presentation experience has included speaking at the Maine State HR Convention and at HRASM meetings. She lives in Windham with her husband David, also an IDEXX employee.
