Darcy Boegner is Director, Talent Management at Catholic Charities of Baltimore. A graduate of Bethel College, Darcy has been in business leadership for over 30 years where, before moving to Baltimore, she led a team of 2,500 employees at various levels and across 9 business units for a large retail organization.
As Director, Talent Management with Catholic Charities, Darcy leads a group of HR Business Partners to provide guidance, solutions, and resources to the organization, supporting the employee experience, development, retention, and the achievement of organizational objectives.
Darcy has her SHRM-SCP designation and has been a proud member of CHRA since 2018. In 2020 she joined the board of directors as Director, Fall HR Employment Law/Legislative Conference and is blessed to be working with a great team of volunteers that provide HR and other area professionals a relevant and informative conference each year.
