David Hirtle hears cases in the Board’s Bangor regional office. Before serving as an ALJ, he was an attorney at the firm of MacAdam and Jury, representing parties before the Workers’ Compensation Board, Social Security Administration, Maine Public Employees’ Retirement System, Maine Human Rights Commission, and in civil court. Before becoming an attorney, he worked for Maine Revenue Services and Pine Tree Legal Assistance.
