Before starting her own Consulting and Executive Leadership Coaching practice, Deb had a distinguished career in HR executive leadership roles which included:  SVP, Chief People and Culture Officer at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Associate Dean and Chief HR Officer at Harvard Medical School,  and Vice President of HR at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

Additionally, Deb was appointed by Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, to serve as Co-Chair of his Human Resources transition team.  Deb was awarded the John D. Erdlen Award for demonstrating excellence in Human Resources through her leadership and outstanding contribution to the profession. Deb currently serves as a mentor for MIT’s Venture Mentoring Service supporting innovations and entrepreneurship at MIT,  the Board of Visitors for the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, and has served on a variety of Boards.
