Elizabeth Brogan, Esq. is the executive director of both the Workers’ Compensation Coordinating Council and the Maine Council of Self-Insurers, representing the interests of the employer, insurer and self-insured community before the Legislature and Workers’ Compensation Board. She is also the administrator of the Maine Self-Insurance Guarantee Association and served as a member of the Workers’ Compensation Rules Taskforce. Brogan is of counsel at the Portland law firm of Norman, Hanson and DeTroy, where she was formerly a partner with a practice focused on workers’ compensation.
