
Elizabeth Johnston uses her strong background in legal research, passion for problem-solving, and prior experience representing employers and insurers in administrative matters to advocate for clients in various facets of employment law. Liz earned her law degree summa cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law, where she received the Faculty Significant Achievement Award for academic performance and overall contribution to the school and the Pro Bono Publico Award for her commitment to public service. During law school, Liz served as Technical Editor of the Maine Law Review, a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing Department, and a judicial extern at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Upon graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
