Janet LaFlamme has over 35 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and administration. As a seasoned executive, Janet has held leadership positions in various industries including healthcare, higher education and nonprofit/social service organizations. As a senior leader, she has extensive experience in executive recruitment, coaching and succession planning, as well as, identification of leadership competencies for selection and leader development. She led culture shifts and staff redeployment after mergers, ensured legal and contract compliance, and effective selection and implementation of a full complement benefits plans.
Janet holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bates College, in Lewiston, Maine
Janet is licensed in several assessment areas including Leadership Effective Analysis* and Individual Directions Inventory*. She is certified at the senior professional level (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP with the Society for Human Resources. She holds the Gestalt Coaching Certification from the Gestalt International Study Center, in Wellfleet Massachusetts and holds the Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.
On a personal note, as a native of Maine, Janet finds resilience in nature, enjoying time on the lake, or actively golfing, sailing, cycling or skiing.
