
As Senior Director, Talent Management and Leadership Strategy at Bright Horizons, Jessica is responsible for creating strategies and processes that lead to thoughtful and outcomes-oriented decisions about talent, and meaningful careers for employees. In addition, Jessica partners with Senior Leaders to curate and customize meaningful professional development experiences and serves as an internal executive coach. A key focus of her work is to helping talented employees find their authentic leadership voices, navigate complex challenges including on-ramping and stepping into expanded roles, and build resiliency in themselves and their teams.
Jessica brings to her role 15+ years of experience in the areas of professional development, adult higher education, and client relations. She has Masters degrees in International Education Policy and International Communication and has several coaching and assessment certifications.
