As Chief Human Resources Officer, Jim oversees Randstad’s human capital strategy and manages the company’s human resources initiatives for 125,000 employees. In his role, Jim has enhanced recruiter efficiency, tripled the number of leadership programs and significantly grown employee participation in professional development programs. Additionally, Jim serves on the Board for the SHRM Foundation. He serves as one of Randstad’s primary media spokespersons and is frequently covered by major media outlets such as the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Forbes, NPR and FOX Business, among others.
