Jon Greenawalt is Senior Vice President of Talent & Culture at SharkNinja, the $2B makers of the popular Shark floorcare and Ninja kitchen consumer appliance brands. Jon is overall accountable for the strategy, design and execution of talent, leadership, and team development and performance initiatives that build and reinforce culture, embed core values and drive the company’s global strategic outcomes.
Jon is a passionate people leader and business performance driver, with over 20 years of global, cross-industry experience working with leaders and teams in changing the way people think, lead and perform. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with executives and global management teams to build culture, values, and to develop leaders and teams through progressive people strategies that accelerate and support business performance and global growth. His work and experience expands globally across a variety of industries with companies such as Diageo, Beam Suntory, Bupa, PNC Bank, Owens Corning, Kraft Foods, Food Lion, Dun & Bradstreet, PSEG, AT&T, Avaya, AstraZeneca, Lam Research, Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, and many others.
Jon received his MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business and his BA from the University of Pennsylvania where he is currently the President of the Class of 1991. Jon resides permanently in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and works out of the SharkNinja global headquarters near Boston, Massachusetts.
