Jordan Peck is the Senior Director of the Center for Performance Improvement (CPI) for MaineHealth. He manages a team of internal consultants, project managers, management engineers, quality and process improvement experts. CPI is also responsible for the roll out of MaineHealth “Operational Excellence,” a culture of improvement based management system.
Jordan has a PhD in Engineering Systems from MIT with a focus in Healthcare Systems Engineering and Lean Enterprise Transformation. Previously, Jordan served as a Staff engineer with the Veterans Administration and as an Adjunct Clinical Professor of Healthcare Operations Management at the Boston University School of Public Health.
