Market Strategy and Analytics Director
Joshua Aversa serves as the Market Strategy and Analytics Director at UKG where he is responsible for understanding and evaluating the market forces of change, creating a shared vision of what’s possible, and inspiring the innovation that will provide conditions for people and organizations to thrive in the jobs and work of the future. Prior to this, Joshua led market segment insights and the team that provides executive metrics to create culture of data-driven product investment decisions.
A lifelong futurist, Joshua has worked in emerging software technologies and platforms for over 25 years. Previously in his career, he has led product strategy and launched new solutions in new and developing technology such as Mobile, Workflow, Integration, CRM, Business Intelligence, and Identity Management. He is passionate about uncovering industry issues, trends, and opportunities where the smart application of new technologies or ways of working could allow employees to be at their best and make a real impact in their lives and to their organizations.
Joshua lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with his wife Carrie and their three daughters. When not working on future vision, you can find Joshua leading a running club, hiking in a national park, or working on his old farmhouse.
