Kate Doughty is from Topsham, Maine. She graduated from Maine Maritime Academy in 2017 with a dual major and a 200 ton US Coast Guard mate’s license. After graduating, Kate traveled around the world to places like Costa Rica, Cook Islands, and New Zealand researching marine biology and learning about how we can positively impact the environment we live in and those we share it with. Kate began working for Reed & Reed in March of 2019 and has worked on many of the ongoing projects in the survey department and doing marine work. She is currently helping supervise a Wind Turbine project in Roxbury, Maine.
