Kelly Nelson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Human Resource Manager at Lee Auto Malls where she provides HR service and expertise at all levels within the organization. She has over 20 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits, employee safety and workers’ compensation. Ms. Nelson is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and local SHRM chapters and has served in several volunteer leadership roles with the SHRM Maine State Council and Central Maine Human Resource Association. She is pursuing her degree in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University. She currently resides in Lewiston.
