Kimberly Harris

Kim Harris is Director of Human Resources at Harvard Law School where she manages human resources operations and focuses in several strategic areas including employee engagement, professional development and diversity and inclusion. Kim previously served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Harvard Kennedy School from 2007 through 2013. She served as the Human Resources Manager at Foley & Lardner LLP from 2013 until returning to Harvard in 2016. Before embarking on her career at Harvard, Kim held progressive human resources and leadership roles with several law firms, including Burns & Levinson LLP, Fish & Richardson P.C., and Rubin and Rudman LLP.

Kim holds an MBA from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University, and earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Kim holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is credentialed as a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
