
Lauren is the Sr. Employee Engagement Representative at ETQ, the leader of evolution in quality management software. Her background has a strong focus on creating a company culture of engaged employees by developing scalable processes and procedures, managing the company’s HRIS, creating programs that engage employees, managing the candidate and employee life cycles, tracking engagement metrics and most importantly, being a part of a team that is building out the strategic people function. Lauren is also passionate about advancing her knowledge of the industry and holds a degree in Human Resources Management and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.
