
Megan drives success by designing and implementing company programs that foster a desired culture and solve key business issues pertaining to employee skills/development. She is a creative and compassionate facilitator and advisor who helps students and adults expand their choices, skills and self-confidence to take decisive action toward achieving their goals. The University of Maine System (UMS) has a workforce of greater than five thousand dedicated employees state-wide. Megan has the privilege of supporting employee Learning and Development in a role new to the System – Director of the Learning & Organizational Development Center of Excellence.
