Megan Ehora

Megan Ehora (she/her/hers) serves as a manager of Inclusion and Diversity – Talent Planning and Development at Best Buy Co., Inc. She identifies as a daughter, wife, aunt, Muslim convert, hijab wearing, cis-gendered, heterosexual, and white female. She joined Best Buy in 2018 in a newly created Talent Acquisition function, focused on building relationships, programs and processes to drive access in the attraction, recruiting and selection of talent. Since joining Best Buy she has helped to successfully build and launch programs aimed at increasing corporate leaders in areas of the business where there are gaps in representation, rethinking onboarding, and bringing objectivity into the interview process. She most recently joined the Inclusion and Diversity team where her roles have expanded to support both new talent and internal employee career advancement. Megan also serves on the leadership team of Best Buy’s Black Employee Resource Group. She started her career in higher education building cross-functional relationships and programs to drive access for underrepresented groups. Inside and outside of the workplace she has hosted numerous workshops and presentations on brand building in the workplace. In her spare time, Megan serves on the board of a local Twin Cities organization aimed at igniting women to lead with confidence professionally, personally, and in their communities through an intensive, annual fellowship program.
