Natalie is the Vice President of Human Resources on the President’s Cabinet serving the University of Southern Maine campuses. As an executive leader and consultant for over twenty-five years, she has successfully operated in a broad spectrum of industries prior to higher education including non-profits, high technology, and various services sectors both nationally and internationally. Natalie holds an undergraduate degree from Lesley College in Human Resources Management, a Strategic Human Resources Practices Certification from Cornell University, and an MBA from Thomas College.
