Neal Williamson

Neal is an Assistant Director of Human Resources at Colby College. He started his HR career at MBNA America, as part of a 20-year career with the company. Under his direction, the Human Resources Team in New England experienced unprecedented growth, increasing the operation from a few hundred people to almost 5,000 in 5 years. Following the Bank of America purchase of MBNA, Neal transitioned into the non-profit and small business world applying his skills and experience as an HR professional. He has extensive experience navigating sensitive issues and ethical dilemmas from businesses of all sizes, applying good judgment to resolve issues and educate leaders in the process. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Neal is a certified SPHR and SHRM SCP.
