He has over twenty years of experience in sales and leadership in the real estate, finance, and the biotech industry and is certified as an executive coach. As well, Patrick hosts a weekly podcast called, Rise Above Your Best.

He has developed several streamlined models that he uses to help organizations develop high performing leaders, teams and sales professionals: Lead Like No Other, Sell Like No Other, and A Team Like No Other. While these models are rooted in evidence-based research, they are presented in ways that apply to the real world.
