Rana has enjoyed more than 15 years working with prominent Human Capital Management (HCM) solution providers, partnering closely with executives and business leaders to bring actionable insights to their workforce and to direct product strategies. Through her work leading customer success teams, she has specialized in advanced workforce analytics and workforce planning. As a leader in product organizations, she has focused on alignment between business strategy, market analysis, and product offering investments. She is always tracking AI, natural language processing, and machine learning as a means to better enable the work we do and meet the people where they are.
