Rebecca is an Associate in Eaton Peabody’s Employment and Labor Practice Group based in Bangor, Maine. Prior to joining Eaton Peabody, Rebecca graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law in 2018.
Rebecca assists clients with issues including Maine Human Rights Commission cases, internal investigations for employers and Universities, advising clients in both private and public sectors with regard to leave, discrimination, discipline and discharge, and of the employment and labor laws. Additionally, Rebecca frequently drafts employee handbooks and policies as well as employment-related contracts such as employment agreements, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation, confidentiality agreements, and severance agreements. Rebecca also practices Immigration law working primarily on employment-based immigration, as well as family-based immigration and asylum cases.
