Senior Manager, Solution Designer & Facilitator Renee is a designer and facilitator of collaboration and organizational change. At Collective Next she has facilitated many collaborative projects to help organizations engage more effectively and develop solutions that stick. She has worked with business leaders in multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, automotive and utilities, to help align and mobilize their teams to develop and achieve the desired outcomes of new solutions and new ways of working.
Additionally, Renee has 15+ years of research and brand strategy experience, leading clients who want to better understand the hearts and minds of their customers to drive growth. This experience fueled her curiosity on how companies can operate to better respond to the changing needs of the humans they serve, and the growing importance of the role of customer listening in organizational leadership and design.
