Sandi Anderson is the HR Compliance Director for the TJX Companies, Inc., based in Framingham, MA. Sandi has over 20 years of HR leadership experience spanning startup, software and retail organizations. The first decade of her career, involved setting up the HR infrastructure at early stage companies and having oversight of all HR functions. In her next 10 years, Sandi has transitioned into the HRBP arena and has had oversight of a divisional L&D team before taking on her current role as HR Compliance Director. Sandi is responsible to build and lead the implementation of HR Compliance strategies for all Home Office, Field and Distribution Center locations across the United States. She partners with Legal and COE leaders regularly on specific compliance initiatives to ensure end-to-end thinking on strategies and points of impact. Additionally, she partners with HR Compliance Leaders across the globe to further collaborate on the Company’s overall compliance strategies. In this role, the goal is to stay ahead of legislative changes by building proactive strategies and ensuring stakeholder support for necessary changes.
