Sarah A. Scala

As a dynamic executive coach, consultant, and educator, Sarah Scala has over 18 years of experience in supporting organization development, leadership, and talent management for diverse client organizations. Her work is focused on advancing human performance. She is passionate about creating business solutions and strengthening interpersonal skills that support the unique needs of individuals, teams, and organizations. Sarah brings high energy, adaptability, and openness to new challenges. She has substantial experience in global leadership development, organization development, mentoring program design, experiential learning, team effectiveness, change management, and executive coaching. Sarah has led development initiatives for start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in industries such as global manufacturing, financial services, legal, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, medical, consulting, media, entertainment, and education. Sarah earned a master’s degree in Organization Development and Adult Education from Alverno College, and bachelor’s degrees, summa cum laude, in Business Management and Adventure Recreation from Green Mountain College. Sarah is an certified coach (ACC) through International Coach Federation, and she is qualified to administer the MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Thomas Kilman Conflict
Instrument, Emotional Intelligence (MSCEIT™), and Situational Leadership® II. Sarah is also a Professional Associate of the Gestalt International Study Center. Prior to starting her consulting practice, Sarah worked as Senior Organization Development Consultant, Hypertherm Inc. (leader in plasma cutting systems); Manager, Kohler Experiential Learning Center (organization development consulting practice supporting Fortune 100 clients); Training & Development Consultant (financial industry); Adventure Education Instructor, Aurora University (Outdoors Wisconsin Leadership School); and Vice President, Gary G. Scala Carpentry. In her free time, Sarah enjoys cycling, kayaking, swimming, cross-country skiing, and travel. She also enjoys volunteer leadership by providing meals to those in need with Falmouth Eats Together on Cape Cod, MA., and is a volunteer speaker for HR organizations.
