Tim Ruef, President of Ruef and Associates, LLC is a frequent and highly requested speaker at National and State SHRM conferences. A retained search consultant and former corporate leader, Tim has deep expertise in hiring, executive integration, executive coaching and leadership development. Over the years Tim has placed, coached and hired hundreds of executives. Tim holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, an MPA in Human Research Management from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and Executives Education certificates from the University of Virginia, Columbia and Duke. He has served as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Marketing at Fairleigh Dickenson University in New Jersey. An accomplished speaker, Tim is a member of the New Jersey Speakers Association and Toastmasters International. Tim has authored numerous articles on Executives Integrations, produced videos entitled, “Hiring for Success,” and “Managing the Search Process: A Consultative Approach,” and co-authored an article published in Pharmaceutical Executive Magazine entitled “Breakthrough! A New Route to Develop Drugs more Quickly.” A former Captain and Ranger in the United States Army, Tim is an active advocate for veteran’s employment initiatives.
