Valerie Leduc

Valerie is a patient, supportive, and dedicated leader who seeks to provide new and exciting growth opportunities for her company, her employees, and her community. She is currently the Vice President Operations for Angelo’s, a 96-year old family owned and operated hospitality company located in Providence, RI.

Prior to this role, Valerie was the Director of Administration for a multi-unit hospitality company where she was responsible for human resources, training, risk and safety, and IS project management. Valerie is committed to community service and served 15 years on the Personnel Board and Charter Review Commission for the Town of Burrillville, Rhode Island. She was the Board President for the Volunteer Center of Rhode Island when the agency successfully merged with ServeRI in 2009.

Valerie graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration and completed her MBA at the University of Rhode Island. Valerie was the first recipient of the Sewall Scholarship which allowed her to complete the Women’s Foodservice Forum Executive Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She has also completed the Harvard Business School’s Certification in Strategies for Non-Profit Governance.
