Vanessa Hayes began her adjusting career at Liberty Mutual over 7 years ago. Before that, she’d been working as a Summer Camp director for non-profits for 10 years. She holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Southern NH University. She lives with her husband and 3 sons.
