Respect in the Virtual and Hybrid Working Worlds
What’s it all about? How has Covid 19, specifically the exodus and now return to work onsite, impacted employment discrimination and harassment in Maine? And, how have DE&I issues affected those same issues? Human nature may not have changed, but the way we do our work certainly has. To decipher all of this, we’ve invited to the faculty Aria Eee (Executive Director, Board of Overseers of the Bar) and noted employment law defense attorney Peter Lowe (Brann & Isaacson) to discuss developments in this arena with the goal of enhancing a culture of respect, inclusion and diversifying the Maine Bar and workplaces throughout the state.
