Leadership and Management Training: Where Do I Even Start?

Thursday, May 9th, 2019 @ 2:45 pm - 4:15 pm

What’s it all about? Leadership and management training programs are a universal need across industries, regardless of organization size or type. However, many find it difficult to know where to begin. How do you get the program off the ground? How do you make it sustainable and scalable for your company’s size and budget? Furthermore, how do traditional development programs translate into the new world of work, with challenges such as a multi-generational workforce and remote workers? Katie Vaillancourt presents the knowledge she has gained from a career of developing, delivering, and supporting these types of programs across industries. Learn how to assess skills to identify and prioritize the development needs of managers and leaders. Then discover how to create material for an ongoing program that exists beyond a one-time learning event.

Why you’ll want to participate in this session.

  • Uncover and address the learning and development needs of your managers and leaders.
  • Learn how to create a leadership and management training program within your organization—one that can grow and adapt as your organization changes.
  • Review several case studies of successfully implemented programs with an eye to real-world applications for your company.
