When careers and organizational values mesh.
What’s it all about? The “Hennessy Report” is an acclaimed podcast and collaboration between NEHRA and Keystone Partners. Over the years, host Dave Hennessy has interviewed HR leaders from around the country to both share ideas and tell great stories. This year, the Hennessy Report arrives at Mt. Washington alongside Dr. Shanita Williams, AVP of Talent, Engagement and Inclusion at Southern New Hampshire University. Shanita is an HR leader, coach, teacher, learner, TedX speaker, and author of Feedback Mentality: The Key to Unlocking and Unleashing Your Full Potential. The magic of her visit is demonstrating what can happen when career and organizational missions AND values align. It’s the story of an HR leader who believes in helping people reach their full potential and loves to work at an institution where that is the mission. And it’s the story of a strategic thinker and a University that has a unique angle on the future of work. Following the back and forth between Shanita and Dave, the audience will dive into the conversation.
