Barry is responsible for the overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction for human resources, facilities management, and administration at the Bank. He also leads its diversity efforts as Director of Minority and Woman Inclusion. Barry is recognized by leadership for his commercial orientation, a customer-centric focus, and exceptional relationship-building skills that deliver organizational results. He serves on the Board with our friends at NEHRA, and we are happy to welcome Barry to Maine, albeit virtually.
