Over the years, Dave Hennessy has interviewed imaginative HR leaders around New England for their take on the strategic direction of human resources. This Convention Friday he’ll talk with two such influential leadersGiovani Twigge and Barry Gale. You’ll discover their personal journeys, the business models in which they operate, their organization’s values, and most important – what current crises have them thinking about the role of HR for this year and the future. Following the interviews, the audience will mix it up with our speakers, fireside chat style.

Barry Gale  – SVP, CHRO at Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston 

Barry is responsible for the overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction for human resources, facilities management, and administration at the Bank. He also leads its diversity efforts as Director of Minority and Woman Inclusion. Barry is recognized by leadership for his commercial orientation, a customer-centric focus, and exceptional relationship-building skills that deliver organizational results. He serves on the Board with our friends at NEHRA, and we are happy to welcome Barry to Maine, albeit virtually.
