What’s it all about? You’ll leave this Retreat with lots of strategic direction and ideas to share with your HR team, company leadership, and other stakeholders, including your Board of Directors. Justin Hale from VitalSmarts will prepare you for just those moments so that when you return to work you are better positioned to tell a compelling story about change AND help influence others to get on board. We’ll ask the audience to discuss a few of the key Retreat moments. The facilitators then will help you build an influence plan for how you’ll go back and create change.
