Transforming HR in the Age of AI

What’s it all about? While workers had been in a strong position in the labor marketplace, new automated technologies are here that appear to threaten workers’ employment stability and economic future. What if instead of threats, we looked at these emerging technology tools as powerful human-enablers? This research-based presentation led by Christa Degnan-Manning from Ultimate Software will outline new, holistic ways of looking at workers’ needs and examine current HR practices and solutions. We’ll look at employee personalities and adaptation of new technology and bring awareness to how AI has already integrated into our daily lives. Discover how by augmenting and amplifying uniquely human traits, AI can help transform people management and the practices of on-going development, empowerment, and engagement in a digitally enabled environment.

Why you’ll want to participate in this session.

  • Become a futurist and learn to analyze upcoming trends in the labor market with an eye towards the technological horizon.
  • Develop insight into the future of AI and interpret how it aligns with your organization’s people management and motivation strategies.
  • Utilize technology trends to participate as a valued business partner in the organization’s strategic planning process and forecasting plans for workforce effectiveness.
  • Discover how to lead change initiatives within your organization that optimize incentive approaches and rewards programs in line with your strategic goals and objectives.
