What’s it all about? The Convention closes with this open-ended discussion on key attributes of HR leadership. Our portfolio of HR responsibility continues to grow as we evolve out of a compliance culture to a more holistic role. We’ll explore HR success stories on the data analytics, alliance building, and ethical fronts. Very little theory, but lots of idea sharing, mentoring, and coaching. Whether you currently sit in a position of influence, or aspire to the same, this session will help coalesce what you’ve learned during Convention week into a more strategic plan for your return to work on Monday.
