Learning Objectives:

  • Laura Fortman, Maine’s Commissioner of Labor, joins us for a wide-ranging discussion on the status of our unemployment compensation system in light of Coronavirus layoffs and furloughs, including an immersion in procedures, data, and public policy.
  • Learn about shifts in workforce development programs in Maine resulting from the COVID 19 crisis.
  • Hear about a range of other resources available to employers and employees as we begin to position employees for a return to work.
