Why you’ll want to participate in this session. The pandemic is calling the ADA into action like never before. In addition to all the normal considerations for hiring processes, disability management, and termination compliance, you now have a medical scenario that impacts every one of your employees, directly or indirectly. Attorney Peter Lowe and Peter FitchHR Director for the Lee Auto Mallswill engage you in conversation about disability issues in 2021, focusing closely on reasonable accommodations, employee fears, and medical confidentiality. How do you handle a clash between business necessity and those accommodation requests? What about medical confidentiality? And what about the vaccine? Lots to discuss here that impacts your entire workforce.

What’s it all about?
