Blueprinting Exercise 3.0
What’s it all about? This is the critical first step towards building a workplace culture of which you can be proud. Ann Rhoades visited us at Mt. Washington in 2016, where she shared her nationally-recognized theory and practice that helps HR leaders define a value and match the corresponding behaviors required. If you were part of that exercise, this session will be a wonderful refresher, with add-ons, to see how your people function has evolved. If this is your first visit with Ann, she will demonstrate how having an intentional culture is the foundation that makes everything else come alive in your organization. And, you’ll witness a real-life example of this work, as Lynn Waln, CAO of the ECHO Institute at the University of New Mexico, joins Ann to discuss how this process played out at her workplace.
Why you’ll want to participate in this session.
- Discover that while most companies and HR professionals have a sense of their values; those values often are not defined in a way that links to organizational behaviors, culture, and business results.
- Engage in a Values Blueprinting Exercise as a critical first step in building a workplace culture where business and people thrive.
- Learn how to use this tool on return to work to facilitate and lead an in-house blueprinting session that furthers the development and refinement of the core values that drive your organization’s mission.
