The Dynamics of Building a Communication Enterprise
What’s it all about? In a perfect world, a company’s internal and external messaging would be a seamless blend of accurate content that matches company values and reflects the company’s culture. The communications would be unique, but aligned, akin to first cousins. They would better position the product and services brand in the marketplace, and at the same time enhance employee trust and engagement. Not so easy to do! And, that is why many organizations are rethinking the relationships among HR, marketing, and public relations. This creative workshop will showcase some of the new models at work, and it also will provide an intriguing exercise or two that will help you better understand the HR/marketing connection. Cynthia Ring of Harvard Pilgrim and Sheri Clement of IDEXX lead this session.
